Tandoori Masala – Kitchen Pack

A tandoori masala for chicken, fish, paneer and vegetables, in the tandoor, on the grill or in the oven. Mix with yoghurt for the marinade and the colour and taste come out the same every time.

Use about 50g per kg of meat as a starting point; a 1kg pack marinates roughly 20kg.
