Namak Mirch delivers orders across Pakistan through courier and delivery partners.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after business hours may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Karachi: 1 to 3 working days
Major cities in Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days
Other areas: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery may take longer during sales, Eid, Ramadan, public holidays, bad weather, courier delays, or high order volume.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed before order dispatch. Free shipping may be offered from time to time based on order value, location, or promotion.

Cash on delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. Customers are requested to keep the exact payment ready at the time of delivery.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be cancelled. Repeat failed deliveries may require advance payment for future orders.

Damaged parcel at delivery

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with, please take photos or video immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Frozen or ready-to-eat products

Some frozen or ready-to-eat products may only be available in selected locations due to temperature and delivery limitations. Availability will be confirmed at checkout or by our team.
