Steak Rub – Kitchen Pack

A coarse steak rub for beef steaks, burgers, lamb chops and grilled mushrooms. Press it on before the grill or the pan and it builds a proper crust.

Use about 3g per portion as a starting point; a 1kg pack seasons roughly 330 plates.
