About
Chicken handi is a slow-cooked, creamy curry traditionally prepared in a rounded clay pot — mildly spiced, warming, and deeply satisfying.
Best Used With
- Bone-in chicken pieces for a richer gravy
- Boneless chicken cubes
- Served with naan, roti, or steamed rice
How to Use
Cook chicken with the Chicken Handi mix, tomatoes, yogurt, and cream in a heavy-bottomed pan or handi. Simmer on low heat until the chicken is tender and the gravy is thick and fragrant. Adjust seasoning to taste.
