Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken (thighs + legs)
  • Namak Mirch Tandoori Masala (½ packet)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 4–6 tbsp oil
  • 5–6 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Make slits on all the pieces, front and back. Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients and set aside for 3–4 hours. Make sure to put the marinade properly into the slits.
