SEEKH KABAB RECIPE
Juicy, smoky seekh kababs made easy at home with Namak Mirch Seekh Kabab Masala — grill them, pan-fry them, or bake them.
Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat
- Namak Mirch Seekh Kabab Masala
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
- 3–4 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 slice soaked bread (for softness)
- Handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Marinate the meat with all the ingredients and rest for 4 hours or overnight for the best flavour.
- Mould the mixture onto metal skewers into long seekh kabab shapes.
- Cook on a pan, on a BBQ grill, or bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until done.
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney or a yogurt dip.
