SEEKH KABAB RECIPE

Juicy, smoky seekh kababs made easy at home with Namak Mirch Seekh Kabab Masala — grill them, pan-fry them, or bake them.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • Namak Mirch Seekh Kabab Masala
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 3–4 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 slice soaked bread (for softness)
  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method

  1. Marinate the meat with all the ingredients and rest for 4 hours or overnight for the best flavour.
  2. Mould the mixture onto metal skewers into long seekh kabab shapes.
  3. Cook on a pan, on a BBQ grill, or bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until done.
  4. Serve hot with tamarind chutney or a yogurt dip.
