Creamy malai boti made with Namak Mirch Malai Boti Masala — boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and cream, then baked until tender.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken boneless in cubes
  • Namak Mirch Malai Boti Masala
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2–3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp green chillies paste
  • 3–4 tbsp oil

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease an oven-safe dish, add the chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Serve with mint raita on the side.
