MALAI BOTI RECIPE
Creamy malai boti made with Namak Mirch Malai Boti Masala — boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and cream, then baked until tender.
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken boneless in cubes
- Namak Mirch Malai Boti Masala
- 1 cup yogurt
- ½ cup cream
- 2–3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp green chillies paste
- 3–4 tbsp oil
Method
- Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Grease an oven-safe dish, add the chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Serve with mint raita on the side.
