FAJITA RECIPE

Sizzling chicken fajitas made with Namak Mirch Fajita Seasoning, cooked with sweet bell peppers and onions for a quick Tex-Mex favourite.

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • Namak Mirch Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 bell peppers (green, red, or yellow – sliced)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2–3 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Sprinkle Namak Mirch Fajita Seasoning generously on the chicken strips and marinate for 30 minutes. Heat the pan with oil and cook the chicken till done.
  2. Cut your vegetables into thin strips while the chicken is cooking. Once the chicken is done, remove it and sauté the vegetables in the same pan to soak up all the juices (4–5 minutes).
  3. Add the chicken with lemon juice to the vegetables and give everything a good mix.
  4. Serve over tortillas with sour cream, or on the side with Mexican rice.
