Quick, juicy pan-grilled Cajun chicken fillets bursting with flavour from Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut lengthwise to create 4 fillets)
  • 2 tbsp Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade. Cut the chicken lengthwise and marinate in the mixture for an hour.
  2. Heat a frying pan or skillet and add the chicken. Cook from both sides, flipping halfway — the hot pan should make grill marks on the chicken.
  3. Serve with fresh pasta, rice, or sautéed veggies. If you prefer it saucy, use the same pan for flavour and add stock or cream for a sauce.
