CAJUN CHICKEN
Quick, juicy pan-grilled Cajun chicken fillets bursting with flavour from Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut lengthwise to create 4 fillets)
- 2 tbsp Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade. Cut the chicken lengthwise and marinate in the mixture for an hour.
- Heat a frying pan or skillet and add the chicken. Cook from both sides, flipping halfway — the hot pan should make grill marks on the chicken.
- Serve with fresh pasta, rice, or sautéed veggies. If you prefer it saucy, use the same pan for flavour and add stock or cream for a sauce.
