Tender, spice-marinated Bihari beef made with Namak Mirch Bihari Masala — equally good on the grill, in the oven, or in a pan.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg boneless beef, cubed
  • Namak Mirch Bihari Masala (½ packet)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp meat tenderizer / raw papaya
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 3–4 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Marinate the beef in all the above ingredients and keep it overnight for the best results.
  2. Cook in a pan in one cup of oil, BBQ, or grill in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
