INGREDIENTS:

-4tbsp peanuts

-4tbsp sesame seeds

-4tbsp desiccated coconut

-2 onion (chopped)

-15-20 green chilies

-1cup + 2tbsp oil

-4-5 garlic cloves

-10 button red chilies

Namak Mirch Hyderabadi Mirch masala (1 packet)

-2tbsp ginger garlic paste

– ¾ cup tamarind paste

METHOD:

– In a frying pan, add peanuts and roast until golden brown. Add sesame seeds and desiccated coconut and mix well until fragrant.

– In a frying pan with 2 tbsp oil add chopped onion and let it fry for 2-3 minutes. Blend together onion, water, and above-roasted mixture and keep it aside.

– Wash, pat dry, and deseed green chilies. In the remaining oil fry green chilies until they get a good sear and golden color and keep them separate.

– In a pot mix together oil, garlic, and whole red chilies. Add Namak Mirch Hyderabadi Mirch masala and cook for 2 mins. Insert tamarind pulp and mix well.

– Now add fried green chilies and combine. Cover and cook on low flame until the oil separates (4-5 minutes).
