INGREDIENTS:-

-3 boneless chicken breasts

Namak Mirch Fajita Seasoning

-1 large onion (sliced)

-2 bell peppers (green, red, or yellow -sliced)

-1 lemon

-2-3tbsp oil

– Salt to taste

METHOD:-

-Cut the chicken breasts into strips. Sprinkle Namak Mirch Fajita seasoning generously on the chicken strips and marinate for 30 mins. Heat the pan with oil and cook the chicken till cooked.

-Cut your vegetables into thin strips while the chicken is cooking. Once the chicken is done, remove the chicken and saute the vegetables in the same pan to soak up all the juices (4-5 mins).

-Add the chicken with lemon juice to the vegetables and give everything a good mix.

-Serve over tortillas and sour cream or on the side with mexican rice.
