CAJUN CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS :-
-2 boneless chicken breast (cut lengthwise to create 4 fillets)
-2tbsp Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning
-2tbsp Olive oil
-Juice of 1 lemon
-Salt to taste
METHOD:-
– Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to make the marinade. Cut the chicken lengthwise and marinate in the prepared mixture for an hour.
– Heat a frying pan or skillet and add the chicken breast. Cook the chicken from both sides while flipping halfway. The hot pan should make grill marks on the chicken.
– Serve with fresh pasta, rice, or sautéed veggies. If you prefer it saucy, use the same pan for flavor and add stock or cream for the sauce.
