INGREDIENTS:

-1kg chicken boneless ( cubes)

-12-15 tomatoes (chopped)

-3tbsp lemon juice

-3tbsp Namak Mirch Butter Chicken masala

-1 cup yogurt

-6tbsp butter

– ½ cup cream

-4tbsp oil

METHOD:

– Marinate the chicken in Namak Mirch Butter Chicken masala, yogurt, oil, and lemon juice and set aside for 30 minutes.

– Separately, chop the tomatoes and cook them with water. Remove their seeds and skin and grind them to a paste.

– In a pan add oil and the chicken and stir fry on high heat. Pour in the tomato puree and butter and let it cook on low heat setting for 15 minutes.

– Finally, mix in the cream and stir. 

– Garnish with a drizzle of cream and sliced ginger.
