SEEKH KABAB RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 kg Minced meat
-Namak Mirch Seekh Kabab Masala
-2tbsp garlic paste
-1tbsp chopped green chillies
-3-4tbsp oil
-1 onion small chopped
-1 soaked bread for softness
-handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves
METHOD:
-Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and keep for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
-Mould the mixture in the shape of long seekh kababs using a metal rod or skewers.
-Cook on a pan, BBQ on grills or Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 mins or until done.
-Serve with tamarind chutney or a yogurt dip on the side.
