CHARGHA RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
-(800g-1kg) full chicken
-4tbsp Namak Mirch Chargha masala
-4 lemons(juice)
-2tbsp ginger garlic paste
-1litre oil
METHOD:
– Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients except oil. Let it marinate for 3-4 hours. Add more masala if needed for the marination.
– Heat oil in a big deep pot and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.
