INGREDIENTS:-

-250g/8 ounces pasta of your choice

-2 boneless chicken breasts

-2tbsp olive oil

-2tbsp butter

-2tbsp Cajun Seasoning (1 tbsp per chicken breasts)

-3-4 garlic cloves (minced)

-1tbsp tomato paste

-200ml cream

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

METHOD:-

– Boil Pasta as per the packet’s instructions. Make sure to not overcook or you’ll end up with soggy pasta. Reserve half cup pasta water.

– Thin out your chicken breasts till they are about even in thickness around 1 inch thick. Season them generously with the Namak Mirch Cajun Seasoning. Adjust the spice to low or high to your liking.

– In a skillet or pan, heat oil, add chicken and sear on both sides at high heat. Once they get a good sear and color, lower the temperature and let it cook till done. Cut in thin strips or chunks to serve over pasta and set aside.

– In the same pan, add butter and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add tomato paste and mix for a minute or two. Add in the cream, cheese and season it with more Cajun Seasoning if needed and let it simmer. Taste and check. If needed, add hot reserved pasta water to thin out the sauce.

– Mix the chicken in the paste or serve separately. Enjoy!!
