INGREDIENTS:

-1kg chicken boneless in cubes

Namak Mirch Malai Boti masala

-1cup yogurt

– ½ cup cream

-2-3tbsp ginger garlic paste

-2 tbsp green chillies paste

-3-4tbsp oil

METHOD:

– Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients for 30 minutes. 

– Grease an oven-safe dish, add the chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 200°. Serve with mint raita on the side.
