TANDOORI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
-1kg chicken (thighs +legs)
-Namak Mirch Tandoori masala (½ packet)
-1 cup yogurt
-4-6tbsp oil
-5-6tbsp lemon juice
METHOD:
– Make slits on all the pieces both front and back. Marinate the chicken in all the above ingredients and set aside for 3-4 hours. Make sure to put the marinade properly in the slits.
-Bake in a preheated oven for 180 degrees for 25 minutes or deep fry.
